MargaretAnne will use balance techniques, exercises, and movements to strengthen your muscles, core ‘work’ to strengthen your mid-section, and end with gentle stretches. As a result, you will improve your balance and core strength and reduce your fear of falling. This is a great class for first-timers, seniors, men and women wanting to improve their balance and flexibility or folks with arthritis, long-term health conditions, or those recovering from injuries or surgery. If you have difficulty getting up or down easily from the floor - this class is for you, too. All levels are welcome. Please wear supportive sneakers and bring a water bottle. If you can’t commit to a whole session, drop in to as many classes as you’d like for just $8 per class.
