Aikido In Louisa

Aikido affords one the stability to focus on mental and physical aspects of your life which will, in turn, improve your personal and professional commitments and achievements. Open to ages 13 and older, Aikido is an on-going program which continues throughout the year. As participants continue in the class, they will obtain belts based on the level they achieve. Instructor Jeff Martin has over 18 years of experience and received his Shidoin certificate in 2014, is the instructor.
