Shenandoah Crossing

The 18-hole “Shenandoah Crossing” championship course features all the hallmarks of Virginia golf. Designed by Raymond F. Loving, Jr., the Shenandoah Crossing golf course opened in 1991 and offers a treat for the recreational golfer and a challenge for the most serious golfer. Come play several rounds of miniature golf at the Wolf Eagle Mining Company. This 18 hole lighted putting course traverses a natural wooded area. The holes are outlined with bricks and feature undulations that add to the difficulty of the course. There is a pebble walkway for those who do not wish to play but just enjoy a walk in the woods. The main feature is the mine and waterfall between the 7th and 9th holes.

Trevilian Station Battlefield Trail

We are excited to announce this new addition to the parks that we offer to our community – the Trevilian Station Battlefield Park. LCPRT in partnership with the Trevilian Station Battlefield Foundation will be offering access to equestrian trails and walking trails on the TSBF’s property that is located on Oakland Road. So far, there are more that 8 miles of trails that have been developed for horseback riding and walking (sorry, no bikes or motorized vehicles of any kind). We hope to open these trails over Memorial Day weekend. Once open, these trails will be available from dawn to dusk daily through Labor Day only. All horses must have a current Coggins when on the property. For more information on this park, the park rules, directions, and/or how to pay user fees, call our office at (540) 967-4420.
